Friendly management and staff, food ok. V'good for pool with plenty of well looked after tables.pub has adapted well to smoking ban by having bench's heaters & canopies outside.good games machines & fruit machines, also large screens. Overall good experience game on

just been reading reviews about heathlands the ones that say its not good need to get out of Ipswich and in to the real world try going to some pubs in armley the bar staff are all friendly Steve and April are sound we only go in when vising family in Ipswich and are made to feel like regulars brilliant pub would recommend to anyone young or old
