Went in for lunch time meal and the food was terrible.
All cold and tasted awful one of my worst meals I have had in a long time. The pasta was stone cold as was the pizza and the quality was well below average. There were also flys going around the pizzas which put me off.
Spoke to staff member and had my meal refunded as did 6 others in my group without any argument which was good, the staff knew the food was not up to standard therefore could not really disagree.
Spoke to other people about Gustos who have said in the evening they have had a good meal but I find this hard to imagine based on the experience I had.
Will never go back.

Have to disagree, went there in the evning, everything freshly brought out and specials prepared by the chef in front of you, great service aswell! had a nice varitey of other italian dishes such a fish etc. i also believe that the chef IS italian as i am and i actually spoke to him! definatly will be returning.
