I tried to contact the Ravenswood administrator on your behalf, but it would appear that their email is not set up correctly, from a technical viewpoint, the domain "ravenswood-residents.org.uk" does not have any mail server setup for it (according to DNS). Unfortunately there is no other form of contact listed on their site, although I shall keep pursuing on your behalf...
